Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before dispatch. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, live-sale events, or other high-volume periods.

Estimated Delivery

After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 7–10 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

If an order contains both available and pre-ordered or back-ordered items, the available items may be shipped separately. The remaining items will be sent when they become available. You may therefore receive more than one package for the same order.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation by email or text message using the contact information provided at checkout. Please allow 1–3 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at phoebeandcherry@outlook.com. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the shipping carrier. If you still need help, contact us at phoebeandcherry@outlook.com with your order number and tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at phoebeandcherry@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our Refund Policy before returning an item and contact us first for return instructions.
