Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, contact us at phoebeandcherry@outlook.com as soon as possible. If an order has already entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to cancel it. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email phoebeandcherry@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, altered, assembled, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return. Custom, personalized, final-sale, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, contact us before sending it back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before arranging a return.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. For other items, the simplest option may be to complete an approved return and place a new order for the desired item.
